Sarah Battle announced as Guest Judge for Fridays Most Stylish this Galway Race Week!
The popular Fridays Most Stylish Competition presented by Athlone Towncentre at the Galway Races will this year be judged by the effortlessly stylish fashion and lifestyle content creator, Sarah Battle. Taking place on Friday 31st of July from 4pm, Sarah will join Head Judge Marietta Doran to seek out the exceptional style in Ballybrit on the day.
The competition, sponsored by Athlone Towncentre, has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 2013 with Fashion Stylist and Racing Style Presenter, Marietta Doran, being a key part of the competition from the very beginning. The addition of Sarah Battle to this years judging panel is certain to add another dimension to proceedings. Sarah is well known for her carefully curated and individual sense of style and will bring a keen eye for detail to the event.
This year, the lucky competition winner will leave Galway Racecourse with a €3,000 Athlone Towncentre Gift Card, a luxury two-night break in the four-star Sheraton Athlone Hotel in a Deluxe Tower Room with dinner & spa treatments. The perfect shop & stay break for any fashionista. The gift card can be spent in the winners choice of Athlone Towncentre stores including Zara, H&M, River Island, M&S, TK Maxx and Boots, who are the latest international retailer to join the stellar line up of brands in Athlone Towncentre.
Speaking at her announcement as Guest Judge Sarah says “I’m absolutely delighted to be guest judge for Fridays Most Stylish with Athlone Towncentre. Friday is without doubt my favourite evening to attend the races over the years. The style, fun and energy is always top tier at Ballybrit and it’s a little more relaxed which I love.
I’m thrilled to be working alongside Marietta Doran whom I admire so much. Marietta brings a level of professionalism to any race meet that sets the standard for others to follow ”
Speaking about what she will be looking for at Fridays Most Stylish this year, Sarah elaborated, “I am really looking for someone who embraces their own personal style and who owns it! The best advice is always to dress for yourself, feel confident and it’s ok to reinvent an outfit you’ve always loved – I really love that. “
