Athlone Towncentre Shopping Centre is seeking applications for the position of Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join its Information Desk Team.

This is a seasonal position (Nov & Dec) with circa 15-25 hours weekly. As the shopping centre operates over a 7 day week, the role will involve a combination of midweek, weekend and evening shifts and flexibility in this respect is essential. There will also be additional hours available on occasion to cover annual leave and peak season trading.

As this is a customer facing role it is important that candidates would have previous experience in dealing with customers and in general administration.

This role will involve:
– Dealing with customer queries at the Information Desk in Athlone Towncentre
– Sale of Athlone Towncentre Gift Cards
– General office administration

The successful candidate should have the following:
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational skills
– Good working knowledge of MS Office packages
– Ability to work on own initiative
– Fluency in English

The successful candidate will need to be available for training from mid November and is expected be flexible in their availability throughout the 6 weeks period as shifts will be both midweek & weekend.
